The other day I got so angry at Verizon I created a blog just to have a place to vent my frustration at their repeated incompetence.
And then I got to thinking that there are an awful lot of companies that I deal with who really do things right -- in a way that I admire and want to emulate.
So, I figured I'd create this blog and keep a running list of companies I admire and maybe write up little summaries of why. I don't imagine anyone other than a few close friends and a Google spider will see these words, but that's quite OK. If someone from one of these companies stumbles on my words and it brings them a smile, I will be glad to have given a little something back.
